This program, which draws influence from Ashtanga and Sumit Banjeree, is suitable for all skill levels. It is performed to upbeat music in a space between 103 and 106 degrees Fahrenheit and 50 and 65 percent humidity. .

Hot Power Exchange
A stimulating, demanding, and potent class that will give you a boost of energy. Expect a range of flows, supporting poses, and inversions while enjoying energetic music in a heated setting between 95 and 98 degrees!

Soul Power
It is a vigorous yoga lesson that includes a brief weighted sequence. Every class includes music by predetermined exercises selected by each teacher. The room temperature is about 100 degrees.

Warm Vinyasa
This session will use a dynamic flow set to music to coordinate movement and breathing. In addition to breath exercises, it will use endurance, strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Inversions, arm balances, and standing postures with adaptations for all skill levels are also included! The room temperature will be between 92 and 95 degrees.

Strength Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath-centred yoga style that builds strength by movement and breath awareness. In the greatest possible manner, this intense, heated vinyasa flow will leave you feeling challenged and motivated.

Fusion of Vin and Yin
The class begins with a fast-paced, intense flow and then moves into a yin practice that uses extended holds to target deep connective tissue. Music is played to match the energy of the class while the temperature is raised to 92–95 degrees.

Yin and Restore
Yin yoga directly activates deeper than superficial or muscular tissues, often formed in the asana phase of the practice. Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissues—ligaments, bones, and even body joints—typically not worked out much in yang or more active asana practice. In contrast, restorative yoga is a more gradual style of yoga that focuses entirely on mental, bodily, and emotional relaxation. Incorporate restorative and yin yoga into a practice that will revitalise and renew you.

This class, which combines Ashtanga-inspired power flow with traditional hot Bikram yoga fundamentals, is offered on Saturday and Sunday at both studio locations. It combines the fundamental ideas of each Sequence set and is identical to the Soul Sweat Sequence (SSS) 75. In a heated chamber, students move through a series of balanced and stimulating asanas (poses) to music. It's made for every skill level.
The price is $10 cash or $20 drop-in rate.

Yoga in the Air
A program that uses a hammock to help students do simple yoga poses. Clients have informed us that this session is fun, helps with mat practice, and is an excellent ab workout! Consistent aerial yoga practice improves alignment and posture both on and off the mat. Our Moon room, available for special events, has everything needed to provide aerial yoga. There is no heat in this class.
Cost: $25 or $20 for holders of SSHY Packages; 75 minutes total time (15 minutes for setup, 60 minutes for practice).
Little Souls
Children ages 4 to 12 can enrol in this non-heated yoga program. Age-appropriate music plays while the instructor, who is kid-friendly, leads the lesson.
Cost: $12 drop-in; includes mat; lasts for sixty minutes
